Mohawk Drive Improvements Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to Ouachita Parish Police Jury in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, ifawarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Each bid shall also be accompanied by a Corporate Resolution or written evidence ofthe authority of the person signing the bid for the public work The successful bidder must submit executed copies ofthe Non-Collusion Declaration, Attestation Clause, and E-Verify Affidavit within ten (10) days ofthe bid opening. These items may be submitted with the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the full amount ofthe Contract in accordance with Article 5 ofthe General Conditions. In addition, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the Contract in accordance with Article 5 ofthe General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids
