Reference Number 0000287565 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/27 05:00:00 PM CST This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation ("SaskPower") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of GOPT Switch 25KV 900A-Loadbreak (D3), as further described in the ITT Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Goods"). SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan. This ITT is intended to replenish inventory items identified in the Contract Price Form. During the term of the contract SaskPower will issue separate Purchase Order Releases for each requirement to the successful bidder. Each Purchase Order Release may include one or more items, and the quantity for each item ordered will be determined by the requirements at the time of order. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
