Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work under this contract includes the 100 Level of the Frank Kennedy Building, 420 University Crescent, University of Manitoba Fort Garry Campus. Scope includes a complete revision to both classrooms FK 133 & 136. This will include all the new finishes throughout the spaces and complete mechanical and electrical upgrades to suit the new designs which include all new Audio Visual components. Asbestos abatement may be required.
