Reference number: 20048646 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-02-26 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 10 The City is soliciting bids to replace sports lighting and signage at the Léo-Asselin Stadium in Acton Vale. This work includes, but is not limited to: (a) Demolish the existing sports lighting system and the indicator board selectively; (b) To form, frame and concrete the concrete bases for sports lighting poles and the display board; (c) Provide and assemble the chart structure; (d) Provide, install and connect a new indicator board; (e) Provide, install and connect new concrete posts and sleepers; (f) Supply, install and connect new sports lighting fixtures; (g) Provide, install and connect a new lighting control system; (h) Repair damaged surfaces during work. Only those who have their principal place of business in Canada and in territories covered by the Agreement on Internal Trade (A.I.C.), who hold an appropriate license under the Act respecting the qualification of construction contractors and who have obtained the tender documents from the SEAO system in their name will be eligible to bid. Only bids prepared on the forms provided for this purpose by the firm Pluritec, and bearing the number 20240367, will be considered.
