Reference number: 20087533 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-18 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pulvo-kneading work of the paving with the existing foundations, recharging, replacement of a culvert and paving works. The Town of Acton Vale is requesting bids for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Travaux de rehabilitation de la route Tetreault" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, all bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in section IV-1.1 of the "Notice to Bidders" of Standard 1809-900/2019. The submission, the guarantee to accompany it and all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days. The bidder must take this obligation into account when requesting other documents to be completed. Only bonds issued by companies licensed as insurers in Canada will be accepted under the tender document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered tender documents under the same name as their bid will be considered. In the case of a consortium, this requirement is deemed to be satisfied when each party has obtained the said documents. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only tenders from contractors established in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement on market liberalization is applicable, in a province or territory covered by such an agreement shall be considered. Contractors must be licensed under the Building Act
