Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Paris, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition of the structures on real estate located in Paris, Illinois, to wit: The South 67 feet 11 inches of even width of the North 127 feet 11 inches of even width of Lot 23 of Austin and Boydston's Addition to the Town, now City of Paris. Permanent Index No: 19-18-02-280-005 Commonly known as: 108 N. Austin, Paris, IL Bids for this project will be broken down as to labor costs, equipment costs and material costs Bids for this project will include cost of demolition of the building(s), removal of all building materials, filling in of foundation space, seeding of lot and removal of all rubble and rubbish presently located on the site. The project includes coordination with utility company regarding removal of meters and coordination with the City of Paris regarding shut-down of water meter and capping off of water lines and compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations Upon completion of the demolition, backfill and leveling of the site, the person to whom the permit was issued shall notify the Building Inspector. The Building Inspector will inspect the site and if not already done, collect the drawing(s) necessary to document the utility shut-offs, well closings, etc.
