The City of Arcadia reserves the right to accept in whole or part or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid process, and all bids are binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening and may be retained by the City for examination and comparison, as specified in the quotation request documents. These specifications are intended to cover the purchase of traffic signal poles, mast arms, and pedestrian posts for the City of Arcadia for a period of one (1) year. The project locations where the materials will be placed will be at the intersections of Centennial Way at Huntington Drive, both eastbound and westbound, El Monte Avenue at Campus Drive, and El Monte Avenue at Duarte Road. It is the City's intent to issue one (1) purchase order. The purchase order will be awarded to a primary vendor in the amount of the total bid.
