Includes HVAC upgrades, roofing replacement, site work, and interior alterations converting the shower facilities into team rooms, reconfigure office space, and restroom upgrades. Relocation of 6 relocatable buildings each of 960 sf as complete buildings from stockpile. Construction of 6 ramps and associated site work. The following license classifications must prequalify for AB2031 A (General Engineering Contractor), B (General Building Contractor), C4 (boiler, hot water, and steam fitting), C7 (lowvoltage systems), C10 (electrical), C16 (fire protection), C20 (HVAC), C34 (pipeline), C36 (plumbing), C38 (refrigeration), C42 (sanitation systems), C43 (sheet metal), C46 solar).
