Renovation of an educational facility in Arcadia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,809-square-foot educational facility.
**As of July 10, 2025, the project was awarded to Erickson-Hall Construction - Escondido (HQ), but the awarded amount is not available.** Renovation of Boys and Girls Locker room buildings totaling 14,809 sf. Includes HVAC upgrades, roofing replacement, site work, and interior alterations converting the shower facilities into team rooms, reconfigure office space, and restroom upgrades. Relocation of 6 relocatable buildings each of 960 sf as complete buildings from stockpile. Construction of 6 ramps and associated site work. The following license classifications must prequalify for AB2031 A (General Engineering Contractor), B (General Building Contractor), C4 (boiler, hot water, and steam fitting), C7 (lowvoltage systems), C10 (electrical), C16 (fire protection), C20 (HVAC), C34 (pipeline), C36 (plumbing), C38 (refrigeration), C42 (sanitation systems), C43 (sheet metal), C46 solar).
