Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fontana, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work of improvement consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of Pavement Rehabilitation, including grind and overlay of existing asphalt, removal and replacement of existing asphalt and concrete, and ADA upgrades to existing curb access return ramps. The project is located in various locations throughout the City. The project consists of five (5) Project Bid Schedules. Schedule 1: Grid Map 47 Pavement Rehabilitation Schedule 2: Sierra Ave Pavement Rehabilitation from Summit Ave to Sierra Lakes Pkwy Schedule 3: Merrill Ave Pavement Rehabilitation from Alder Ave to Maple Ave Schedule 4: Sierra Ave Pavement Rehabilitation from Baseline Ave to Highland Ave Schedule 5: Marygold Ave Pavement Rehabilitation from Sierra Ave to Alder Ave Liquidated Damages For each consecutive calendar day in excess of the time specified for completion of the Work, as adjusted in accordance with 6- 4, the Contractor shall pay to the Agency, or have withheld from monies due it, the sum of $1,500. Project Duration 120 Working Days License Requirements Class "A" contractor's license or a combination of Class "C" specialty contractor's license(s) sufficient to perform the work.
