Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fontana, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This is a multi-phase project; this bid is for phase 1. phase 1 will include, but not limited to, demolition of the existing bus drop off area and construction of new drop off areas (bus drop-off and parent drop-off areas). It will also include grading, utility work, relocating gas meter, site lighting, new asphalt in parking area, striping, signs, irrigation and planting, concrete, and fencing. License Classification: Class B Contract Time: 58 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $5,000 per calendar day Request for Information deadline is: 4:00 pm on Monday, March 31, 2025. Requests for Information must be submitted through the electronic. Each bidders bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidders security: (1) cash; (2) a cashiers check made payable Such bidders security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed contract, Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount, are required, and shall be provided to the DISTRICT prior to execution of the contract and shall be in the form set forth in the contract documents.
