The scheduled work consists of demolition and removal of the existing Hunt Pool and bathhouse including foundations, walkways, interior furnishings and fixtures, and other items identified on the Drawings. The work includes maintenance of traffic, design build electrical work, cutting and capping of existing utilities, walkway repair and site restoration. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction about Spring 2025 and complete construction about Fall 2025. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price, payable to: "Department of Public Works, City of Manchester, N.H.", as security for the execution of the Contract. A Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
