Description

Demolition and site work for a parking garage in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

Questions: mlandry@manchesternh.gov The work described in this request for bids is to commence within ten (10) days from the Planning and Community Development Department's notification to the contractor to start work, unless otherwise ordered in writing by the Planning and Community Development Department and is to be continued with regularity until its completion. All work shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the Date of Execution of the contract or of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at the rate of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per day for each consecutive day (Sundays and holidays excepted) of non-excusable delay in completion of the work.
