The Four Commercial Driveways Located Within the Project Area Are Not Under Signal Control, However the Shopping Plaza Commercial Entrance Located to the South of South Willow Street, Which Serves as the Westerly Leg of the South Willow Street and Weston Road Intersection is Under Signal Control.
