Renovation of a library in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Flooring in the Lower Level of the Library For approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of flooring in the lower level of the Library. Scope of work: 1. Removal of all floor tiles on the lower level floors and removal of any adhesives 2. Filling and properly sealing all relief joints or cuts/cracks in the concrete underneath tiles 3. Polishing and sealing of concrete floor The contents of RFP and Bidder's (also referred to as Contractor in these documents) Proposal may become contractual obligations, if a contract ensues. Failure of the Bidder to accept these obligations will result in cancellation of the award. Award of a contract by Rusk County Community Library is subject to the Contractor executing a Contract, which shall incorporate the contents of this RFP, the Contractor's Proposal, and final approval by the Rusk County Community Library Board. The Library is not responsible for Social Security or other such personnel deductions; these should be included in the bid. Rusk County Community Library reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Library.
