Reference Number 0000376498 Bid Intent Not Available The City desires to have a more formalized and balanced plan in the form of an asset management plan, which includes projects for maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of traffic and pedestrian signals. The City is seeking bids for the creation of a Traffic Signal Asset Management Plan, hereinafter referred to as the "Plan". The Plan shall provide condition assessments of the City's 71 existing signalized intersections. The Consultant shall use the condition assessment data to define projects that include maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of traffic and pedestrian signals. The Plan shall include a proposed yearly schedule for the City's implementation of the proposed projects. Technical questions about the bid shall be directed to the Shane Bjorge, City Engineer, at (989) 837-3353. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
