Reference Number 0000376492 The proposed project is for the demolition of existing tennis courts and associated items, including lighting and a gravel parking lot. The project will consist of construction of storm sewers and drainage structures, new asphalt tennis courts, pickleball courts, padel ball court and all associated items, new asphalt parking lot and concrete curbs and concrete pavement and sidewalks. The project will also include new lighting, fencing, pavement markings and soil erosion control measures. The project anticipated start date is April 7, 2025 and shall be substantially completed by July 18, 2025 Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, All questions shall be directed to John M. Miller, Project/Construction Manager by email at jmmiller@hengineers.com. All questions must be submitted five (5) business days prior to time. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
