Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (hereafter "ABAC" ) A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor Services for certain small construction projects at ABAC. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. ABAC is responsible for procuring and administering the Task Order Contract(s) for limited services for construction projects in support of ABAC. A contract will be issued for an indefinite amount of "as needed" construction orders named "Task Orders." Each Task Order consists of a Task Order Agreement, with attachments, together with the Master Task Order Contract. The maximum of Task Order Agreements issued, including Change Orders, shall not exceed $500,000.00 for this contract. Contract, if awarded, will be on a blanket order basis. Both performance and payment bonds will be required in an amount equal to 100% for any Task Order Agreement over $100,000.00. The scopes of services may vary from project to project. Projects may consist of, but may not be limited to, certain renovations and related building repair and maintenance work for the various facilities at ABAC. The pre-submittal conference will not be held.
