March 6, 2025 10:00 A.M. (MST) All questions are to be submitted by email to: Nicole Spindler, purchasing@asd20.org. The Academy District 20 is seeking proposals for Kitchen Equipment Replacement Services fat Eagleview and Timberview Middle Schools. April 15, 2025 Tentative Contract Begin Date 1. Accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP. 2. Waive or modify informalities and any irregularities in the responses received. Before entering upon the performance of the Work or any part thereof, the Contractor shall duly execute, deliver to, and file with the Contracting Officer the following bonds: a performance bond in accordance with the terms of Section 38-26-106, CRS, whether or not this Contract is for more than $150,000.00 for 100% of the contract value. The bonds shall be obtained from one or more solvent surety companies licensed to write bonds in the State of Colorado and rated in the "A" category in the Bests Insurance Reports (latest edition). A power of attorney showing the authority of the agent for the surety signing the bond shall be filed with each bond. The period of performance for this contract commences upon issuance of notice to proceed and work must be completed by July 31, 2025.
