Reference Number 0000377022 Job Location: UCCS Notice of Award Friday, March 14, 2025, 2025 Via email The Colorado Springs School District 11, in coordination with the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) proposes the renovation of just over 7,300 square feet of space on the first floor of the University Cyber Building to provide a new CSST Career and Innovation School for students. The project will utilize existing space and existing mechanical and electrical equipment. Beyond the successful construction and opening of the new CSST Innovation School for D11, this project has from the beginning, aimed to enable D11 to achieve the vision of a school that serves students, in a more visible and centralized manner, allowing for greater services and outreach to students and employers alike. The end deliverable will be a renovated space that has 6-8 classrooms, with shared spaces to engage students and staff as well as multi-use space for students and staff to include offices, staff work areas, and a gathering area for meals. The period of performance will begin March 17, 2025 - July 14, 2025, with a substantial completion date of August 15, 2025.
