Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A No Contact Info Jennifer Stickman 559-661-5463 jstickman@madera.gov The City of Madera is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their company for inclusion on the City's Informal Construction Bid List for 2025. For the purposes of this notice, "Paper Submittal" refers to emailed submittal of the completed form to the specified email address. Companies must submit an application each calendar year for inclusion on each respective calendar year's list. Contractors must be licensed by the State of California Contractor State License Board (CSLB) in the category of work required to perform said work. Contractors must also possess a valid City business license, as well as be able to secure bonds and necessary insurance if selected to perform work. Contractors must comply with all City, State, and Federal requirements if selected to perform work. Additionally, pursuant to Senate Bill 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) per California Labor Code section 1725.5. Submittal of this form and inclusion on the City's Informal Construction Bid List does not obligate the City to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of any proposals or quotes, or to procure or contract for goods or services.
