Pecan Madera CA To the extent required by Public Contract Code Section 20103.7, the District shall also make the Contract Documents available for review at one or more plan rooms. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 et seq of the California Labor Code, each worker of the contractor and any of its subcontractors engaged in work on the Project shall be paid not less than the prevailing wage rate. Refer questions to Susan Harautuneian via email, no later than March 19, 2025 @ 10:00 am. Only questions received via email will be responded to. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidders bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bids made payable to MUSD. The substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments in accordance with public Contract Code Section 22300 is permitted. The Estimated Cost for this project is $1,005,300 (this includes an Owners allowance of $100,000) The Updated Prequalification applications are due by Friday, March 14, 2025 @ 10:00:00 a.m. at MUSD Purchasing Department, 1205 Madera Avenue, Madera CA 93637. (Located on the 2nd floor) An updated list of prequalified contractors and subcontractors will be posted to the MUSD website on Wednesday March 19, 2025.
