This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR and may at any time require contractors/subcontractors to upload electronic certified payroll records on the DIR website. Bidders shall be required to have a valid class "C-39" Contractor's License. The Estimated Cost for this project is $300,000 (this includes an Owner's Allowance of $50,000). Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidders bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bids made payable to MUSD.
