Project Title: ALMOND AVENUE BUS FACILITY ON WEST ALMOND AVENUE Important Dates: Response to Questions March 25th, 2025 at 5:00 pm Bid Proposal Due Date April 1st, 2025 at 2:00 pm Engineer's Estimate: $2.4 Million The work consists of removal of existing asphalt paving, grading and placing new HMA paving and concrete paving for a new electric bus charging area. The charging area consists of 4 rows of raised median islands. A new storm drain system and a small retention pond will be constructed to capture the storm drain runoff. The work also includes construction of a CMU bus was building which consists of a 1,570 sf wash bay and a 525 sf equipment room. This contract will have 150 WORKING DAYS.
