Site work and paving for a civil project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of asphalt pavementrepairs and underground storm drainage upgrades on the previously improved section of Miami Trail in the Charlestown end of the River Ridge Commerce Center. Work includes full depth replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, surface milling and overlay, storm sewer pipe and structure installation, and all other items mentioned in the contract documents. COMPLETION DATES: The work shall be substantially completed within 120 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Substantially complete shall mean that all road work shall be completed and open to traffic through its final roadway surface, including curb and gutter, drainage features, markings, and signing as shown in the contract documents. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. within 135 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Explanation of completion dates are further described in the Special Provisions.
