The MRC therefore wishes to obtain the services of specialists in the development of hiking trails in order to carry out the development work, in accordance with the call for tenders. Delivery schedule The maintenance and development contract is for a period of approximately six and a half (6 1/2 ) months from 21 April 2025, i.e. the months of April (2nd half), May, June, July, August, September and October 2025. If the maintenance and development starts later in the season, the maintenance and development must end no later than 31 October 2025. The period of the contract is adapted to the seasonal particularities required for the maintenance and development of the paths on the ground. The contract may be completed more quickly depending on the builder's capacity and workforce. The bidder must demonstrate its ability to carry out the contract by means of a schedule of works showing complete construction in 2025. If the tenderer is unable to start the contract on 21 April 2025, it must submit a schedule of works specifying the start and end dates in which it is able to complete the contract in 2025.
