Questions Due Date: Mar 7th 2025, 5:00 PM CST Online Portal Contact Information: Lindsay Jarrett, LMJarrett@olatheks.gov It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish contracts with qualified vendors to provide water and wastewater treatment chemicals for the City of Olathe, Kansas on an as needed basis. The term of this contract will be for five (5) years from date of award. Prices quoted must be firm for an initial (12) month period. If funds are no longer available to support continuation of the contract, the contract shall be cancelled at the discretion of the City.
