New Century AirCenter is seeking qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair services for their railroad system. This will ensure the continued safety, reliability, and efficiency of the infrastructure, which is critical to supporting our tenants’ operations. The rail system use has increased and with increased use, there is a need to continue an ongoing maintenance program and address emergency needs. This request covers general track rehabilitation and repair to include the furnishing, distribution and placement of cross ties, switches, ballast, and emergency repairs as needed. Some operations required by the airport are of an urgent or emergency situation. All Respondents should indicate how emergency situations are to be addressed and handled. New Century AirCenter may award this RFP to one or more suppliers, depending on the qualifications, pricing, and ability to meet the full scope of services outlined in this document. Respondents should demonstrate their capability to effectively deliver these services and ensure the ongoing safety and functionality of the rail system.
