Burnett Administrative Center Chiller Replacement This document is written with the sole purpose of soliciting bids for the Burnett Administrative Center Chiller Replacement. SCOPE OF WORK A. BASE BID AND ADD ALTERNATES SUMMARY OF WORK - Burnett Administrative Center Chiller Replacement 1. Refer to drawings at the end of this IFB Package. 2. Base Bid: Remove two existing condensing units and associated indoor barrels and replace with one package chiller. Existing chilled water pumps to remain as part of base bid. 3. Add Alternates: a. No 1. Provide and install two new pumps. b. No 2. Remove existing wood fence around Chiller. Install 8' tall black vinyl coated chainlink fence with black pvc slats. Provide double gate 72" wide. 4. Allowance: Contractor will include $10,000.00 total for unforeseen work in addition to the Base Bid and any awarded Add Alternate Scopes of Work.
