On Call Chiller Tower Maintenance OFPM desires to establish a contract for On-Call Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance (PM) services for its chiller towers in the Capital Complex. Contract for a five (5) year period; years one and two will be for fixed labor rate. A price increase can be requested on the anniversary date of this contract. Specifications. OFPM needs to experienced help to service and maintain it's cooling towers at 915 SW Harrison Street in Topeka. Awarded vendor will provide recurring PM and on-call maintenance for timely and critical repairs. Awarded contractor must be able to provide service and parts for existing equipment.
