The New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide future repair and maintenance services to the four (4) NJSEA owned landfills located in the Town of Kearny and Borough of North Arlington. Through this procurement, the NJSEA is seeking to select one or more experienced and qualified Contractors to provide future repair services associated with the landfills. Respondents must have prior relevant experience in handling HDPE pipe systems and valves, be knowledgeable about the mechanics of the landfill, and have the ability to perform earth work. Respondents shall have the staff and equipment readily available to address and perform repairs as needed and shall be authorized to perform all services in the State of New Jersey and address all minimum qualification criteria specified within the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Respondents may submit RFIs, questions and comments about the Bid Documents and project to the NJSEA using the NJSEA Contact information (mmianecki@njsea.com). The RFQ Question deadline is Tuesday February 25, 2025 by 2:00 PM. NJSEA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and, so far as permitted by law, to waive any irregularity or informality with respect to any bid. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re-solicit bids.
