DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of providing janitorial services for the City of Moscow at certain buildings. The contractor will furnish all cleaning equipment and materials necessary to perform the listed services - with the exception of toilet tissue - hand towels - hand soap - garbage sacks - toilet seat covers - and light bulbs. INSTRUCTIONS: The City of Moscow has grouped all City buildings into seven (7) modules for the purposes of bidding. Bidders may bid on one (1) module - multiple modules - or all the modules. The successful bidder for each module will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City of Moscow. The Agreement will commence October 1 - 2025 - and conclude September 30 - 2028 - subject to the terms and conditions in the Professional Services Agreement. The City shall have the right to accept or reject any bid which rejection or acceptance is deemed to be in the best interest of City.
