Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of a minimum of 4 inches of topsoil, along with existing trees, stumps, brush, and roots. The installation of new water and storm services, fire hydrants, catch basins, concrete sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, driveway approaches, and chain-link fencing. Additionally, this project will require the installation of electric utility trenches and conduits, as well as decorative street lights with pre-cast concrete bases and 8 inches of compacted aggregate base. This project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing pedestrian ramps and curbs and the construction of new ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, curb, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, street trees, historical style lighting, fencing, and associated work on the north half of C Street from Almon Street to Washington Street. This work also includes storm drainage adjustments to accommodate the new curb location.
