Renovation of a municipal facility in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of this project includes the installation of a new polycarbonate roofing system with 2x wood sub-framing attached with concealed hangers spanned between the existing exposed glulam beams along the north and west faces. Project will also include the removal of the existing metal fascia at the areas of work, providing new color matching pre-finished metal fascia with headwall flashing at new roofing. Select exposed glulam beams will receive a pre-finished metal wrap, located at the northwestern entry and southwestern-most glulam. Additionally, the northwestern entry and southwestern double columns will be replaced with new glulams of a weather resistant wood species. Lastly, the northern and southern composite wood/steel columns will receive a furred out pre-finished metal flashing protective wrap. Existing asphalt shingles will remain with touch-up to exposed finishes as required.
