Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Shepherd University is soliciting bids from firms to provide demolition services for the Student Center Curved Stairs Demolition provided as specified and in accordance with University project specification documents in accordance with all applicable building and safety codes, as well as local, state and federal standards/codes. Services must be provided in a timely, competent, and professional manner, and at no time adversely affect the daily operations of the University.
