Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Note from bidder: Waynesboro Construction MEP Trades - The MEP trades will be responsible for their own excavation of trenches for under slab utilities. Waynesboro Construction completed track drilling prior to excavation in an effort to identify potential rock. To help you with your trench excavation pricing we have uploaded this track drilling log and plan within the file sections of building connected. Your excavation will need to include excavation including rock. Spoil removal will be by GC. Specification Clarification - In the majority of the specifications the architect listed specific manufacturers of products. We are allowing subcontractors to price those products as basis of design. What is substituted needs to be equal or better than the spec'd basis of design. A substitution form will need to be filled out; however, that form won't need to be submitted before bidding. Contact the GC bidder(s) for access to the revised complete set of documents.
