Reference Number 0000378297 Job Location: Lawrence Street Center (LSC) facility located at 1380 Lawrence Street, Denver, Colorado The University of Colorado Denver Campus is selecting a Fire Protection Engineer to provide Design and Construction Administrative Services for the replacement of the existing fire alarm system at our Lawrence Street Center (LSC) facility. (See RFQ for full description) The Lawrence Street Center, a 14-story facility, owned and occupied by CU Denver, houses a diverse range of functions including support spaces for the School of Public Affairs and the School of Education & Human Development, and various university administrative departments, with spaces dedicated to meetings, lectures, and computer labs, as well as a lobby coffee shop and a mezzanine for events. The existing fire alarm system will need to be maintained and operational until the new fire alarm system is installed, verified, tested and commissioned. (See RFP for full description).
