Please note Supplier Response must be submitted through the solicitation portal no later than the date and time specified in the Event Schedule. Supplier Response submitted after the prescribed time will be rejected at USF's sole discretion. Supplier Response, and revisions thereto, will not be accepted at any time by fax or email. Accepted Supplier Response will be opened and recorded immediately after the time specified above. Suppliers cannot withdraw submitted Supplier Response after the submission deadline has passed. Both institutions invite Supplier Responses for the goods and/or services outlined in the Technical Specifications (Sections 4-6), which are attached in the Prerequisites section of this Event. Please note that this does not include Restoration and Remediation, as per FEMA guidelines, these events must be handled separately. The scope of services for this event has been divided into Two Lots. Lot 1: Debris Monitoring services. Lot 2: Debris Removal 1.3.
