Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cloquet, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,746-square-foot, one-story above grade multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; for the renovation of a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Site Directions: Project location is the 4 tracts of land South of the existing elder housing complex, at the Southwest corner of Ode-Imin Street and Boozhoo Drive. Site Address: 905 Boozhoo Drive Project consists of a new 15,746 SF one story multi-family residential building with 18 one bedroom units and a shared mechanical room, and sitework. The building shall consist of a poured concrete slab foundation, wood framed structure with metal stud interior partitions, engineered wood siding, veneer masonry, wood roof trusses, and metal roof. Project includes a backup generator with enclosure, snow melt hydronic loop system as an alternate, trash enclosures, and mailboxes. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work scope is as defined in the contract documents. The sitework shall consist of grubbing, excavation, site utilities, regrading, concrete sidewalks, and parking lots. The landscaping shall consist of soil prepping, seeding, and planting. Fond du Lac's Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages shall be enforced for this project. Question Deadline 03/07/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least seven (5) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
