In general work consists of removing the existing dasher board system, concrete ice rink floor system and refrigeration system, evaporative condenser, pumps, expansion tanks, etc. and providing a new dasher board system, concrete ice rink floor system, and ammonia refrigeration system. Work includes demolition, excavation, concrete, rough carpentry, piping, insulation, expansion joint, piping, equipment, electrical, controls and related items. Bid Package 2 - Building. In general work consists of removing existing concrete slabs and planking systems, doors, wall sections, ventilation systems, etc. Work includes demolition, excavation, concrete, rough carpentry, insulation, gypsum board, doors, ventilation systems, piping systems, plumbing, electrical and related items. In general, work consists of removing the existing Olympic concrete ice rink floor, refrigeration equipment; constructing a new concrete ice rink floor; constructing a new combined ammonia refrigeration system. Work includes demolition, excavation, concrete, rough carpentry, door hardware, refrigeration equipment, piping, insulation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, and related items.
