FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER #59-6000455 Est.Value- Approximately $470,000 -/+ Construction of a storm water management system to reduce bird baths in the immediate areas surrounding 6th Avenue and the alleywat between 8th Street and 7th Street. The system will convey the storm water to the existing pond on 7th Street via storm pipes and curb inlets. Some of the work includes: o Mill and resurfacing existing pavement o Removing and replacing payment at full depth o Removing and reusing existing sidewalk pavers o Placement of nine (9) curb inlets o Placement of storm pipes ranging from 15" to 30" in diameter o Placement of one (1) utility conflict box o One (1) connection to existing curb inlet o Roadway striping and signage. Term: 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed
