The Project consists of: Roofing restoration and/or replacement with Garland system per plans and specifications at Shadelands-Sunrise Schools and Valley View Middle School. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: B or C-39. The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract. Questions received less than TEN (10)_ calendar days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered.
