This process will be a two-step approach with the qualified firm first completing the requirements of the project approval and environmental document stage (PA&ED) and then completing the plans, specifications, and estimate phase (PS&E) of the project. Questions regarding this request for proposal are due no later than Friday, February 28, 2025, and must be submitted through the Public Purchase website.
