Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor No The Road Commission reserves the right to renew the contract for additional one-year terms. Each renewal to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Pricing, terms and conditions of the first year of the contract will remain the same for any subsequent one-year renewal period. Payment will be made 30 days from the invoice date pending Road Commission approval. Please email invoices to Alison: swaina@ccrc-roads.com. The Road Commission reserves the right to renew the contract for additional one-year terms. Each renewal is to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Pricing, terms and conditions of the first year of the contract will remain the same for any subsequent one-year renewal period. The CCRC reserves the right to purchase goods and/or services specified herein, or of equal or like kind, through contracts established by other governmental agencies or through separate procurement actions due to the unique or special needs of the CCRC. Further, the CCRC reserves the right to obtain such goods and/or services from others without penalty or prejudice to the CCRC or the Vendor and such action shall not invalidate in whole or in part this contract or any rights or remedies the CCRC may have hereunder The Clinton County Road Commission will not pay fuel surcharges.
