Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Derry, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project includes construction of a new Park Office with primary functions of visitor contact and park administration. The office will replace the existing modular park office, which is energy inefficient, undersized, and has mold issues. The project consists of full site development, park office, vehicle parking and traffic flow, signage, utilities, and landscaping. SDB Participation Goal 7% VBE Participation Goal 3% All questions must be received through the electronic 02/10/2025 04:30 PM EST The start date is ten (10) days from when the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Per the Instructions/Bid Information the contractor will have Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) days to complete the work. From the time the contract is awarded issuing a NTP can take six to ten weeks. Engineer's Estimate: $1M+
