The work includes 3,940 SY milling asphalt pavement, 870 TON 2A stone, 1,200 TON Superpave base course, 1,400 TON Superpave wearing course, 225 LF 24" polymer coated CMP, 1 Type M Inlet, rip rap aprons and erosion and sediment controls. Reconstructed Roadway (Contact Station to Hillside Dr. & Dam to Loop Area) - Placement of 3" 2A stone (Dam to Loop Area), milling 5" depth (in-place), grade and compact milled subbase followed by placement of 3" of 25mm base course and 1.5" of 9.5mm wearing on existing roadways as shown on the plans. b. Overlay Areas: 1) Overlay of existing asphalt roadways with 1" depth fine grade wearing (leveling) course. 2) Overlay of existing asphalt roadways with 1.5" depth 9.5mm wearing course. c. Construction of 24" polymer coated CMP storm pipe, Type M inlet. Demolition of the existing storm pipe and inlet are incidental to this work. d. Rip rap aprons and ditch cleaning. The cleaning of the existing ditch downstream of the rip rap apron shall be incidental to the construction of the rip rap apron. e. Adjustment of utilities rims, boxes or grates. f. Erosion and Sedimentation Pollution Controls including seeding and restoration of all disturbed areas.
