Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gaylord, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.

The estimated cost of the project is $50,000. Otsego County is seeking bids for remodeling the two separate restroom/shower buildings at the Otsego Lake County Park Bids are to be based on the following minimum standards and specifications: Obtain all necessary permits for the project. Remove and replace two Kohler wall mounted manual flush urinals. Remove and replace ten Kohler floor mounted manual flush toilets (two which require ADA compliant side flush valves). Remove and replace five separate Kohler single bowl sink tops and faucets along with the countertops, with top mount porcelain sinks, faucets and new countertop similar to the existing countertop. Remove and replace two separate Kohler double sink tops and faucets along with the countertops, with top mount porcelain sinks, faucets and new countertop similar to the existing countertop. Replace fourteen ceiling mount florescent four-foot strip lights with ceiling mount four-foot LED strip lights. Replace six single ceiling mounted incandescent lights with LED single ceiling mounted lights. Remove and replace six, four-foot wall mounted wooden benches with wall mounted composite deck material. Replace the stainless-steel handicap grab bars in the one handicap shower unit. Remove and replace a total of seven shower faucet units, one in which is Otsego County, Michigan.
