Sealed bid for the sale, delivery and installation of Carpet Tiles and Cove Base. Bid to include the removal and disposal of existing floor covering and Base as well as all necessary floor preparation prior to installation. Please see the specifications. Please use the Bid Form provided! Bidders MUST COMPLETE the attached Familial and Iran Disclosure Statements and include with bid submission. Gaylord Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or defects, to award on a split-order or lump-sum basis, and accept other than the low bid when deemed to be in the School District's best interests. The School District reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or modify conditions and specifications by mutual agreement with the selected supplier, both at the time of acceptance of this bid as so modified and subsequent thereto. Remove, haul away and dispose of existing carpet and cove base. -Prepare and prep the floor to the Manufacturer's specifications for the carpet tile being installed. - Install Transition Moldings everywhere the new carpet tile meets existing flooring. - Install new Carpet tile and Cove Base per the following specifications: -Carpet Tile Brand: Interface -Carpet Tile Style: Cubic - Carpet Tile Color: Composition in a Random pattern - Cove Base Brand: Tarkett - Cove Base Size and Color: 4" Navy Blue - All furniture will be moved out and back in by Gaylord Schools. - The project is to be 100% complete by August 22, 2025.
