In accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications, the Project consists of the removal and replacement of an irrigation line and pedestrian bridge which spans the Truckee River. The new pedestrian bridge will involve concrete work to install new ADA facilities on either side of the river as well as to form and pour new abutments and wing walls. The project includes the installation of bridge lighting, and corresponding electrical work. Questions regarding the project shall be submitted via online prior to February 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. PST. performing work as follows: Wadsworth Mitigation Project Pedestrian Bridge and Utilities Replacement Pursuant to the Statutes 338.020 to 338.090 of the State of Nevada, the Labor Commissioner has established the minimum wage rates and rates of overtime and legal holidays in the locality in which the work is to be performed. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and payable to said Owner signed by the bidder and a corporate security, or a cashier's or certified check payable to the order of TRFMA (Owner) for the said amount. Said bond shall become payable to Owner or said check shall be forfeited in case the bidder depositing the same does not, within (21) days after written notice that the Contract has been awarded to him/her: (a) enter into a Contract with the Owner, and (b) furnish certificates of insurance, a bond of faithful performance and a payment bond as described in the Contract Documents. The results of bidding will be reported by the Owner within 30 days of the bid opening, at which time the Owner may award the Contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder as so reported; however, said Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding for any reason whatsoever. No bidder shall withdraw his or her bid for a period of sixty (60) Calendar Days after the date of the opening thereof. All bidders and their proposed subcontractors must hold a valid license of a class corresponding to the work to be done as required by the State of Nevada's Contractor's License Law in addition to any applicable business licenses in the local jurisdiction of the work.
