Notice Content INVITATION TO BID LEGAL NOTICE THE RENO-SPARKS CONVENTION & VISITORS AUTHORITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS RENO-SPARKS CONVENTION CENTER-DEMO, PURHCASE, AND INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) NEW DOMESTIC HOT WATER BOILERS AND FOUR (4) NEW TANKS RFP # 2025-OP02 PWP-WA-2025-187 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA) will receive written sealed bids only for the project listed above. Said bids must be in the hands of the RSCVA at 4590 South Virginia St, Reno, Nevada 89502, NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON THURSDAY, MARCH 13, 2025. Bids postmarked prior to but not received until after this deadline will not be accepted. Vendor bid response submittals may not be sent to the RSCVA via the Internet/e-mail and will not be considered for award by the RSCVA. The right is reserved to reject any Bid/Proposal or to accept the Bid/Proposal which is deemed by the RSCVA to be in the best interest of the RSCVA. The RSCVA reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the bid process. All Bids are to be marked clearly on the outside. Bids will be opened and publicly read at 2:10 PM ON Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, 4590 South Virginia Street, Reno Nevada, 89502. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Reno-Sparks Convention Center is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to Demo, Purchase, and Install Two (2) New Domestic Hot Water Boilers and Four (4) Tanks RFP#2025-OP02 documents and specifications.
