Washoe County School District is seeking formal quotes from qualified suppliers/vendors to provide annual maintenance and repair services for its generator transfer switch, fire pump, and industrial engine. Services will include minor inspections and major services (oil and filters) and may require services to be provided on an unscheduled or emergency basis. Question Deadline 02/14/2025 at 4:30 PM PT ALL questions/inquiries regarding to be submitted to the Purchasing Department via e-mail to: solicitations@washoeschools.net or submitted directly on the Solicitations website at electronically. The awarded Vendor will receive a WCSD Purchase Order (PO) and the Terms, Conditions, and Specifications are hereby incorporated herein by reference (Contract). The Initial Term of the Contract is for two (2) years from the date of award with three (3) additional 1-year renewals, providing the Terms, Conditions, and Specifications of the awarded contract remain unchanged. WCSD reserves the right to terminate this Contract in whole or in part upon providing the awarded Vendor at least thirty (30) days written notice. Award contractor- COMSTOCK GENERATOR RENTALS
